5. I want to place an order, how should I do so?
Before taking an order an account must be set up. Setting up an account may be done by simply calling in and requesting a new account or you can open an account online. Click here to open an account.

6. Do your products come with a warranty?

Warranty and Limited Liability
I. Frontier Imaging makes no representation of warranty or implied warranty. Buyers further agree that Frontier Imaging, Inc. will not be held liable for consequential damage to systems or components internal or external. Buyer accepts full responsibility for use of said products.

II. Frontier Imaging does not warrant any Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products in any way against workmanship defects or defective performance. Recourse for OEM product(s) should be pursued with the respective OEM product manufacturer(s).

III. Frontier Imaging warrants the following compatible product types that it distributes for a period of 90 days from the date of invoice:
a. Compatible, or remanufactured toner
b. Compatible cleaning blades
c. Compatible fuser and cleaning rollers
d. Compatible exposure and heater lamps

IV. The compatible product types listed in #III are warranted against out-of-box defects in workmanship and materials. Frontier Imaging, however, reserves the right to determine correct storage, handling and installation, as well as proof of purchase.

V. The compatible product types listed in #III are guaranteed to perform in accordance with the OEM's specifications for copy quality and product life. Should a warranted product fail to perform according to the foregoing, Frontier Imaging will replace it at no charge upon verification of defective performance. Under this guarantee, Frontier Imaging's liability shall be limited as stated above, and shall not extend to any secondary or consequential damage or loss.

VI. The foregoing warranties #IV and #V are Frontier Imaging's only warranties for the listed compatible products. All warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are hereby excluded.




7. Do you ship internationally?
Frontier Imaging, Inc. ships internationally.
All shipping must be prepaid by the customer.


8. I have ordered from you, when can I expect to receive my shipment?

Returns and Payments

11. What are your company's payment methods?
Frontier Imaging gladly accepts the following:
Credit Card, COD, and Wire Transfers

I. All payments are to be made to the order of `Frontier Imaging, Inc.', and are to be remitted to Frontier Imaging, Inc 12320 Bloomfield Ave., Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 , USA.

II. All invoices must be paid in full. In case of credit memo, please verify the correct invoice to be applied to with our Accounts Receivables department (A/R).

III. All past due amounts are subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less, plus any applicable legal fees.

IV. If over 30 days past due, any prior payment terms agreement will become void and the account will be automatically converted to `C.O.D.' or `Prepayment'.

V. Company check acceptance is subject to our approval.

VI. A $25.00 bank fee will be assessed on any returned `Non-Sufficient Funds' check, as well as, any returned `Stopped Payment' check that our A/R has not been earlier informed about. Also, the `company check acceptance' approval will automatically become void. Future payments must be made by credit card or in the form of cash, cashier's check, money order, wire transfer, or other acceptable secured payment methods.

12. My product is damaged, what do I do?

I. Customers must inspect each delivery via UPS or other freight carriers for damages and shortages before giving clear receipt.

II. All damages and shortages from UPS, and/or other freight carriers must be reported to Frontier Imaging within 2 business days.

III. All damage claims must be filed with the freight carrier.


13. I would like to return an item, what are your company's return policies?
I. Frontier Imaging does not entertain any claims or returns of defective OEM products.

II. If unused and the product is in its original packaging and resalable condition, and if approved to be returned, a 30% minimum restocking fee will be charged.

III. Original test copies are required for all defective returns of warranted compatible products.

IV. All returns must be pre-approved with a Return Authorization number.

V. All returns must be in the original packaging, and in original condition without writings on the manufacturer's box.

VI. Unless covered under warranty, no returns will be accepted after 30 days from original invoice date.

VII. Under no circumstances will Frontier Imaging be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages causing out of defective product, or shipping damage. Frontier Imaging's maximum is limited to the purchase price of the item.

14. Where should I ship my returns?

15. I have returned my order, when will I be refunded?
I. No cash refund, store credit memo only if approved and issued after our assessment. Credit memos are good for 180 days.

II. Proof of purchase is required before any credit memo will be issued.

III. Credit memos for returns will only be issued upon the manufacturer's verification of defects, which may take several weeks or more depending on the nature of product and the procedure to verify the defect(s).

IV. Credit memo for all other issues unrelated to defects or returns is subject our assessment and approval, which make take several weeks or more depending on the nature of the issue and the procedure to verify the problem.

V. If credit memo is denied, the customer may request for the product to be returned back its facility at its own expense.

VI. Any unauthorized payment deductions from total invoice amount without a corresponding credit memo will be deemed as short-payment. If past due, all short-payments will be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is less, plus any applicable legal fees.
