RMA Instructions

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) REQUEST FORM
INSTRUCTIONS AND PROCESS
  • You must fax a signed and completed RMA Request withing 30 days of the original invoice date of the product. If the request is faxed after 30 days of original invoice date, the return will be denied. This excludes item that have over 30 day warranty.
  • For any defective or damaged products, the original test copies MUST be included with the shipment.
  • Email original test copies to rma@frontierimaging.com. Be sure to include name, Company's name, Frontier Part No., and Invoice No. on the email.
  • If you email test copies, be sure to check the box on the RMA form.
  • Frontier Imaging will respond via fax within 7 business days with a RMA# and futher instructions.
  • Your assigned RMA# expires 15 days from the date of issuance. Within these 15 days, the product must be shipped freight prepaid back to:
