Shipping and Delivery

Frontier Imaging offers many shipping methods from ground services, LTL and will call pickups.

Ground Services – Ground shipments will be shipped via Fedex, UPS or Ontrac, depending on your location or preferences. Orders placed before 3:30pm PST will be shipped same day.

  • For east coast orders, orders placed before 2:00pm EST will be shipped same day.

LTL Services -- If you have any pallet sized orders, Frontier Imaging can also ship via LTL services. We provide a variety of carriers to best service your location and offer very competitive shipping rates. Place your orders before 2:00pm PST in order to guarantee that your order will ship out the same day!

  • For east coast orders, orders placed before 2:00pm EST will be shipped same day.

Deliveries – We also offer free deliveries within 20 miles of our California facility. Speak with your account representatives for more information on local deliveries. We currently do not provide deliveries from our east coast facility. Please check back with us at a later date!

Where’s my order? – If you placed your orders before the cutoff times, your orders will usually ship the same day. We prefer to ship your orders complete and will notify you prior to the shipment of any backorders or issues regarding item availability. Shipping times will depend on your region and we will try our best to notify you of any delays.

Tracking my order – Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an invoice that will also include your tracking number. If your tracking number is missing from the invoice, please email or call your account representative and they will be more than happy to assist you.
