Opening an account with Frontier Imaging, Inc. is simple. Complete the New Customer Account Request Form and then select the type of account term you wish to use, then complete and submit the application forms under the following payment options:
- APPLY FOR CREDIT/TERMS
- PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD
- PREPAYMENT BY WIRE TRANSFER (T/T)
NOTE: ALL RESELLERS MUST PROVIDE A VALID SELLER'S PERMIT
